“We have been here for over two years now. We really love our apartment. Country living at its best so quiet and peaceful. Our patio is so nice to sit on and enjoy the sunsets. Kerri the property manager truly cares about the residents. She always keeps us informed through emails about anything going on in the community and we really appreciate that. Phil the maintenance supervisor is also fantastic he gets everything down promptly. He also is pretty much a dog lover all the pets here love him. He patiently answered some questions I had. I am very pleased with all the maintenance staff visits I have had since I moved into the Pavilions. They have always been prompt. They provide excellent service.”
