My apartment hunt ended here, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff, particularly Samantha, who was informative and caring right from my first call.The apartments themselves are great, with large windows and high ceilings that flood the rooms with natural light, perfect for enjoying sunsets or sunrises. As someone who works from home and lives an active lifestyle, the fitness center and pool are fantastic amenities to have to keep that balance.Maintenance service is prompt and friendly; Max, in particular, was attentive to even minor issues like a squeaky door upon moving in. Even making sure to ask how everything is going when passing in the lobby. The community here is quiet and friendly, often engaging in pleasant conversations when we see one another.Located just minutes from Main Street Manchester and a short drive to Buckland Hills, Evergreen Walk, and other surrounding towns/cities, Ribbon Mill offers easy access to shopping and great food. This convenience, coupled with the excellent living conditions and community vibe, makes Ribbon Mill a place I highly recommend for anyone looking to join a welcoming and comfortable community.”

“I needed to have the filter replaced on my heating system. The maintenance staff person, Fabrizzio, came to do the work on the same day I emailed my request. He was friendly and competent. He patiently answered some questions I had. I am very pleased with all the maintenance staff visits I have had since I moved into the Pavilions. They have always been prompt. They provide excellent service.”

“Wanted to have some other experiences under my belt with renting before I made this review of high meadow. Hands down the best property manager I have ever dealt with. Not only is Kerri super kind, she’s welcoming, she’s always on the ball-never misses a beat. Whenever I sent a email over it was always responded within a day. Maintenance was always taken care of asap. The moving in process was quick, I was approved and had the keys in hand the same day. If I were to move back to Ellington High meadow would be my first place on the list for living!”

“This is a great place to be. It's close to everything in a great area and relatively affordable. The real selling point, however, is the property manager, Bruce. He's so kind and thoughtful. My family and I lived here for a little less than a year between houses. He made both transitions so seamless and stress free. He went above and beyond helping us sublet before the lease was up so we could meet our new mortgage timelines!”

“We love our 2BR apartment. Lynne, the property manager is wonderful as are the maintenance staff. They are on the ball! Whenever we've had a maintenance issue (which is rare), they've always addressed it quickly and efficiently. The apartments and grounds are well maintained and, most of the neighbors are very friendly. Our only issue is our upstairs neighbors are very noisy but, that's the cost of apartment living.”
