I've spent 6 hours on the phone with them in the past 3 days. They promised me an internet price that they then failed to deliver, and they couldn't figure out how to trade in my son's phone for a new one. I'm frustrated to the point of shaking.

Just terrible over priced with low quality internet moved to a different town not realizing Comcast couldn't transfer their services here it was better and cheaper Cox is clearly just here to abuse the fact their is no competition in this town pathetic

my wi fi goes off more then 10 times a day i pay $90 a month for awful service i work from home and with this wi fi is imposible i hate it and to make it more dificult is the only company that covers my home area? i wish there was other companies around uhhhhhh like ATT to say bye to COX for good…………..
