Cox has a very impressive selection of products and world-class service. My representative was knowledgeable, but one thing none of us could wrap our head around is why they spell "Cocks", like "Cox". The dictionary says it's spelled "cocks", not "cox".

Britney was my sales rep she helped me big time. She is extremely sweet and knows her job. I have never had a totally bad experience with cox and I stay going back to them. Thank you for your great customer service

Staff at this store were friendly and helpful. Even though the store was full when I walked in and all the attendants were busy, it didn't take long for them to call me and the rep that helped me was very friendly and courteous. Waiting time included, my issue was resolved within 20 minutes. The rep told me in the future, if I need to come into the store on Saturday, to come in the afternoon after 1:00 p.m. She said that they're really busy on Saturday mornings because everyone gets there early and all the way through noon time; but that after 1:00pm it gets very slow and there's almost no customers that come in after 1:30pm until they close so just a heads up for anyone who needs to visit on a Saturday.
