Stopped in looking for a Tux. Less than desirable prices for sure! I found the same Tux in a family owned shop in the mall for less than half the price.

Horrible service waited for ever to get some assistance no one showed up finally when I went to pay had the rudest cashier was just throwing my stuff around very dissatisfied

I went to Macy's in Manchester Ct. to pick up a gift and was quite surprised how they have changed departments around. Also, more merchandise available. I was quite happy with that because I was able to pick up a few more gifts!!!

Very non attentive staffs. I somehow felt, the staffs don't care about their customers since they have attained the name. Even approached the staff here were non helping. I went to the perfume section to inquire for specific brands. Felt I was not welcome there based on the reaction the staff gave me.

This year was the first time going shopping at this macy's close to the holiday season boy was it a mistake. They looked fully staff so I don't understand why these cashiers at the women side looked so unhappy and irritated. The women cashier area was disorganized and chaotic. I even witnessed one of the manager I think her name was Maria being snappy & rude to one of the guest over some frivolous stuff. Smh the lady at the dress department Ellen was Nice but every corner I turned to after trying on dresses she was there asking to help after I told her I'm just looking or she would ask if i was ready to cash out. It kinda made me think why out of everybody in this packed store u only want to help me?? It made me feel SUPPER pressured to buy something immediately. I don't know if I was being followed or if she was just thirsty for a sale. Good thing i found some great boots upstairs after that ordeal. I went downstairs & found that, The cashiers at the backstage floor were much nicer & welcoming.
