“I needed to have a form notarized…The UPS store was really making me frustrated as their notary was never in when it was convenient for me to get there due to my crazy work schedule. I called The Mail Room just by chance and they told me to come down. Natasha took care of the situation and even helped me mail it out certified within minutes. She took a big weight off of my shoulder. I have lived by The Mail Room for close to 40 years and never stepped foot in there. Wow, I was missing out. Better late than never!
