“Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of when we rented a trailer for the day. He recommended a wiring set that was compatible with our car/hitch, removed interior trim panels to install, and troubleshooted along the way. The facility was also easy to get to, big lot and return was easy, and they had packing/moving supplies. Recommend to anyone needing a rental.”

“I have a Prius Prime and it does not have a spare tire. I called AAA and they sent me one of your trucks. I have to tell you that your driver was amazing!! He was so upbeat, kind to me and a family with young children. The little boy was fascinated by the tow truck and Norman showed him how it worked. I wish all employees could be Norman!
