The staff was very accommodating from start to finish. From picking me up from the airport, with a follow up to make sure I arrived home safely.

Just picked it up and they not only did an incredible job but they also had my vehicle washed and waxed but also washed the rims and dressed the tires as well as vacuumed the inside. “I stopped in a few months ago to inquire about a bumper cover that had developed a tear - and was getting worse. The guy who came out and looked at it said - order the part and I'll put it on for you. He was so friendly and helpful and let me know this would be the cheapest way to fix this. So - I got the part from the KIA dealer and took it over to Capitol. He did it on the spot! And wouldn't take a dime. What a nice guy (KIA wanted almost 300 dollars to put in in!) Really appreciate their generosity and overall vibe. Thanks!”

I didn’t have to buy the bulb because she came out to check mine and when she did, she tightened it up and it worked again so I didn’t have to buy a new one. “I literally just relocated to Ct less than a week ago, and my new beginning is tarnished and tainted by a dreadful squealing belt on my Infiniti G35 . I needed a new power steering pump because my old pulley was defective. Shopped around at a few places and they were all decent people but a bit pricey for my budget, Lucas at Mansfield auto parts was a complete Gem of a human being, he provided complete professional attention to what my problems were and how he could help fix it. Not only was the price and service unbeatable; but This guy even offered for me to come pick up it up SAME DAY.
