“I recently decided to purchase a Stihl backpack blower to take care of leaves and pine cones in two locations. I couldn't find the item locally and after searching found that Hebron Ace Hardware did offer it, however, there were none in stock. I talked to the store manager (Ryan) and explained what I was looking for and needed it before going to an out-of-state location at the end-of-the week. He said there were a few blowers on their way and should have them within a couple of days. The items kept being held up in shipping to the store, Ryan continued to reach out to the manufacturer with daily updates.The item finally came in the day before I was set to leave. I rushed out to the store before they closed, and Ryan had it all put together for me. He also gave me a lesson on how to use it since it was my first backpack blower.I was very satisfied with the personalized customer service and attention Ryan provided, and would highly recommend Hebron Ace Hardware.”

“I stopped in today, while inside the skies unleashed, it was crazy! Unfortunately, I bought some bags of concrete and I had to drive around to have them loaded. The poor young man was a drowned rat but as pleasant and helpful as could be! He even apologized for the rain! Love hometown local stores! From the manager on down these folks are the best!!”

“Harbor freight prices have always been great. The quality was lacking in the early days. I have a lot of tools from harbor freight. Their ICON series are very good. I have their 1/2 torque wrench. Works as good as any other brands. I do find their electronics tools to be lacking. I have bought several tools like saws and cutting wheels that were junk. I returned them the same day. That said, they accept returns without question. So I would say, don't be afraid to purchase these tools. Most times they are fine and if you are not happy, they will take them vack.”
“OK so I just had to come back on their website and put a review in because my 391 craft out for some unknown reason and I went there looking to get it fixed and by the time I was done I practically had the price of a new saw so I bought a new MS 400 C on their recommendation for the amount of wood I cut and I really got to tell you that I'm overly impressed this this is more than I ever dreamed and it's really a great machine Their service and their technical expertise is superior by far”

He escorted me back to the service desk with the impact driver er kit . He didn't trust me enough to walk the 7 aisles . They had a State Police stationed in front of the store .”
