I went here and Vanessa in copy and print was so incrediblely accommodating and insanely friendly. I needed a rush for laminating posters and she did it within 15 minutes and was just so nice about it. I genuinely appreciate the speediness and recognizing that sometimes people are unable to wait.”
“Cara Balsamo and Tricia Ruska, who manage the UPS store in Storrs/Mansfield, Connecticut are outstanding professionals. They are kind, polite and helpful. They were especially helpful when I mailed a large package to our son in Brooklyn, New York, which was not delivered even though he was home at the time that the delivery person said they tried to deliver. Cara went to bat for us and UPS was willing to re-ship the package without further payment, which I thought was really wonderful—they stood up for their customer!! “Stefan, the postmaster at the Willimantic post office, is exceptional. I had a problem with a package that he was able to resolve very quickly. He was professisonal and curteous.
Jesse, the mail carrier for our neighborhood is remarkable! He is also extremely professional and courteous. Jesse consistently goes above and beyond to take care of the people on his route. We are lucky to have him as our postal carrier.

“my go to post office. Dave & Gayle are some of the best people i've ever had the pleasure to work with. Consistent customer service from this Post Office is why I prefer going here among all other ones. Not sure what the bad reviews are about, but to each their own. These guys have never let us down. I get product shipped fast to all over the USA from here. Incredible crew, even their part timers are great.”
