“Great place to live.The whole building has been recently remodeled, and is looking great. The place is kept clean and the new neighbors are wonderful.The management is doing a great job maintaining the property and is always there to listen.”
“I lived at Alvista for a year. I loved it. The staff is nice and on top of things. I have lived in other complexes where if you had a problem it took days for maintenance to come. Whenever there was issue it was resolved ASAP. I moved because I bought a house. This was the best apartment. I miss it . I am glad that I had this experience. I would rent here if I had to rent again.”
