I suggest buying from Foucault's and saving yourself time, money, etc..It took me no time at all with the help of Christine Foucault, Sales Representative, to choose and buy my new Whirlpool washer, Whirlpool dryer and Weber grill. She was knowledgeable, answered my long list of questions , gave me a great price, and did it with a Smile.. The guys who delivered my appliances and grill were respectful, so sweet, polite and efficient. They did not damage anything (as I have had deliveries in past and they damaged my stairs, walls, etc.) they were careful, and cleaned up after themselves. I only have GREAT things to say about Christine and the 4 guys who quickly delivered and installed my new appliances. I had a FABULOUS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE . I will go back and I will refer all my friends and family to use Foucault's.”

“Absolutely amazing one stop shop for all your building and construction projects. From all different types of flooring, to custom handmade tile with the most amazing detail I have ever seen, a extremely large stock of stone countertops, appliances and more. If you are building a new home, or remodeling I would suggest stopping into at least look around. They have so much to offer it is unreal. Their staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. “We wanted to recognize Paul K ( Irishman) who actually stopped and asked if he can help us instead of just walking by and having us track down an employee ( like at Lowe’s). He not only showed us where the products were but gave his advice and recommendations as well. He went out of his way to walk us around the store looking for other things that we mentioned and even offered my daughter a bottle water when she said she was thirsty. It was one of the best service we’ve had , way better than Lowe’s ! You have a great employee in Mr Paul K. I will be coming back to Home Depot over Lowe’s because of your friendliness and helpfulness.”

“I've always found this Home Depot to be clean, well stocked, and usually I'm easily able to find the item, or employees can help me. Easy to get project advice, and we've been going here for years. The bathroom is pretty much always clean (way better than most places) customer service has been quite easy. Not super happy about the returns without receipt policy, but I understand why, as so many people shoplift. Just remember to send receipt to email, or use card every time so returns can be found by card#.”

He was extremely helpful, patient, informative, and overall made my shopping experience, so smooth and simple. I cannot think him enough because shopping for flooring can be tedious, but thanks to Joseph; I got the best tiles for the best price.
I’d also love to give Giovanni recognition as well. He delivered my flooring and he did such a great job. I wasn’t prepared for the delivery, but that did not stop him from making sure all the pallets were placed inside of my business. He did an efficient job in a great amount of timing. Thank you guys so so much.”

“just to let everyone know be very carefull about getting into any kind of contract with these people, because if you tell them only one year on something they will do a renewal with out your permission and screw everything up on you and then you have to go through a whole big dance just to get the charge taken off of your bill. overall they do have a lot of cool stuff but please be very carefull when dealing with them and there geek squad dept as well.”

“This Home Depot location is absolutely wonderful! I visited it this evening. The staff were greeting everyone. It was almost like Downton Abbey or when a dignitary visits another nation and a line of people await them. Happy people in orange aprons were everywhere. Even at the very entrance, the guy doing the shopping trolleys greeted me and asked me if I needed help... I asked him if plumbing was in isle 10 and he inexplicably joyfully told me yes with a big smile. I don't know what I did to deserve the royal treatment. Maybe it's this location, maybe it's the time of day, maybe it's Maybelline, but this store is great!”

I had a Lowe’s protection plan which is a joke and the tech from
Lowe’s that came to fix my machine broke it even worse - he said it was not repairable - only a year old machine that just needed a door sensor
I called Miranda they came right out the next day and fix my machine in 2 hrs price was extremely reasonable - would recommend them to anyone
They even replace my tv motherboard awhile back and saved me from having to get a new TV
