SK Lavery Appliance Company is a long-standing business that began in 1928. It sells ranges, refrigerators, washers and dryers, dishwashers, gas grills, televisions, and all major appliances and electronics. The staff is pleasant and helpful, treating customers well whether they are buying a single grill or an entire kitchen. The sales people and delivery men are great, helping customers through processes and stepping up to handle issues, which many describe as above and beyond service. The company recognizes mistakes and bends-over-backwards to take ownership and make things right. Some customers note it can be hard to get ahold of someone on the phone, but the business is highly recommended for grilling and appliance needs.
From beginning to end it was a great experience. Kevin was the best salesman, no high pressure. Great deals. I recommend the Old Saybrook store to anyone looking for new appliances!
