They are patient, not in a rush, and do not pressure customers to make a sale. They offer expert advice, answer all questions, and know exactly what customers want. Consultants help with finding ideas for custom engagement rings and wedding bands, trying on different settings, and assisting with selections of jewelry like custom earrings and watches. They also provide services like resizing watches and cleaning rings with care and precision, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. Customers leave as happy customers, often excited with more than they planned to shop for, and they definitely plan to return. The service is excellent and highly recommended.
