“I visited this draw station for the first time today with my 3 year old. Everyone we encountered was so friendly! I was taken right in and the phlebotomist Janae (I hope I spelled that right) was amazing! She was super friendly from the moment she called us into the room and she made my 3 year old feel so at ease. She was gentle and caring and made it such a positive experience for him!
