“Excellent friendly service! I needed my son’s martial arts Gi’s patches added before his testing which was within 3 days. Most places I went either told me it would be a two week wait, or turned me away saying they could not add the patches due to the material.Frustrated I called Gionfriddo’s which was my, last business on my list right before closing time. The owner told me to come over no problem he’d look at it before closing.I went over and his customer service was excellent! He let me know he could get it done on time and he wouldn’t have a problem attaching the patches to the Gi. I was so happy!! The very next day my son’s Gi was ready!!I would definitely recommend Gionfriddo, don’t let these other bigger companies fool you. Gionfriddo is a local family owned business. Very genuine, honest, and definitely reliable and professional. I will absolutely conduct business with them again!”

Stopped in on Saturday needing a dress shirt for my husband's X-mas party, that night, and Natale not only had the right shirt for him, he immediately tailored it for a custom fit! His pricing is beyond fair and his workmanship is exceptional. We will definitely return any time we need men's dress attire or any tailoring - he does women's alterations too.”

“The Associate, Kevin at this location has exceptional customer service skills. I went in on a Sunday and wanted a specific sneaker but they did not have my size. He asked if we'd like for him to order my size online, we explained that we were on a tight time frame and needed the sneaker for that following Wednesday. He then offered to call another location to see if they had it in stock. A nearby store had the shoes and Kevin then told us he happened to live in that town and he would not mind picking them up for us then dropping them off the next day (which by the way was his day off). Thank you so much Kevin, and because of the great service you provided us I will visit this store for my up and coming purchases. P.s. if a manager happens to be reading this, he most definitely deserves a raise IMO!”

She made the dress fit like a glove and it was done in 2 days! She was a lifesaver! Will definitely go back to her!”
