These guys serviced my car within 2 days when everyone else in town was booked 3 weeks out so I appreciated that alot. I was concerned that whichever shop I chose, I would end up spending several thousand dollars on a new or rebuilt transmission whether I needed one or not. I selected Transmission Works based on the reviews indicating that the owner Ron runs an honest shop. I can fully attest that this is the case as Ron and his team found a small leak that was making my transmission lose fluid and perform very poorly. The problem was repaired in a day. Thanks Ron!”
“We had to have the transmission rebuilt for a 2011 Mazda CX 7. I believe the owners name was Bill who we dealt with. Everything was explained clearly, and some additional work that could have possibly been needed, did not need to be done. It was great to not have that possible extra expense. It was clear when the car was dropped off that it would have been a few weeks before we got it back and that was exactly the case. The work was done back in November and I wanted to wait some time to write my review. Everything has been working fine.”
“Matt was very helpful. I brought a 2018 Ford Mustang to this shop to diagnose and repair a misfire on cylinder two. Matt was able to diagnose and repair my mustang in a timely manner right before leaving for vacation ! :) The most notable part of the service was the detailed diagnostic I was provided, it was very helpful and knowledgeable. As someone who appreciates cars it’s nice to bring your shop to someone who shares the same quality.”
