Nice people but never more than one person working here and it takes FOREVER to get up to the counter because the worker has to multi-task EVERYTHING!! We need a NEW POST MASTER GENERAL!! You sir David P. Steiner suck at your job!!! You got to go!

Worst USPS office in the country. Guys are purposely slow serving the customers while chatting amongst themselves. Only use it for returns when I do not have another option. Otherwise I go to the Wallingford office or ship UPS. At Meriden you will be treated worse than a dog.

This post office is horrible! Lines going almost out the door and there is only one person at the desk. Ridiculous!!! Poor customer service! Hate coming to this post office. They need to hire more staff! Waiting along time in the line to be helped is outrageous.
