Rhonda made my experience so easy and was so helpful! The sweetest worker there I’ve had issues with the other lady who works there but she is truly the best!!

I sent two packages: one needed to be forwarded, and for the other one I needed a box. The employee helped me remove the old labels from the first package, found a box for me, and showed a lot of patience when I mixed up the order of the addresses on the box.

Rhonda is patient and kind. Knows what she’s doing and does it with a smile on her face despite negative attitudes of customers. Wonderful experience with her and will continue to use this USPS store in the future because of her service.
