I sent two packages: one needed to be forwarded, and for the other one I needed a box. The employee helped me remove the old labels from the first package, found a box for me, and showed a lot of patience when I mixed up the order of the addresses on the box.

Rhonda is patient and kind. Knows what she’s doing and does it with a smile on her face despite negative attitudes of customers. Wonderful experience with her and will continue to use this USPS store in the future because of her service.

Had a substitute mail carrier and had 2 packages shipped back to sender because the sub couldn't find my house! it isn't that hard! i get other peoples packages but not my own? literally don't trust the postal service because they're losing my stuff and wasting my money.
