“I recently purchased a used 2004 GMC Envoy from John Neves at his wholesale dealership for my daughter’s first year of college, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the start, John went above and beyond. He thoroughly went through the vehicle and made necessary repairs without me even having to ask, ensuring it was safe and reliable. Although it took a little longer to receive the car because of the extra care put into it, the wait was well worth it.

“I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a car, especially a used car, to consider Steve Canada at Quality Subaru. His help was indispensable as I chose a used sedan that would fit my budget and my needs. He never tried to oversell me, was always upfront about helping me to weigh my long-term spending, and most of all, is a car guy himself, and answers questions with comfort. Test driving with him was great because he was able to say what things to pay attention to and made sure the car was absolutely in the shape I was hoping it to be when driving it off the lot. I think the biggest reason, though, that I would recommend him is that he checked in after the fact to make sure everything was going good with the car, and he made sure his service team resolved a noise. I've never had a dealer go this far with providing service--usually once the car is off the lot, they wash their hands of you. But this wasn't the case with Steve at all. Finally, Steve has just been so personable and talks to you like you're a person he's actually interested in talking to, not just a customer. I'd be happy to work with him again on my next purchase and to recommend him to even my closest friends and family.”

“Very efficient. Dropped my car off last week (Tuesday night) for steering issues, diagnosed the problem the next day. Had to wait a little bit to start working on it due to them having to wait for the warranty company to approve the repairs, but afterwards she was fixed promptly and Joe was kind enough to work on final cost with me due to me not being prepared to pay much out of pocket!”

“I see people complaining about them selling them the wrong part when I deal with a used place I always ask if I can take the part out and see if it's the right one or I bring the core with me and make sure it matches up before I buy it it's not up to the yard to make sure they sell you the right part it's up to you to make sure that the yard sells you the right part it's my truck so they only need to go pick and pull the part for me I bring the cash before I pay them and make sure it's the exact same part that I need then I pay them it's pretty simple”

“Bought a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer from these folks in an emergency situation in March, 2021. Three years later, the car is paid for, and is very reliable and dependable for me. In December, I parked the vehicle at home one evening and suddenly could not get the key out of the column. I took the bottom cover of the column off to use the manual button to remove key. The next day, the check engine light came on and gave me a transmission shift solenoid code. The internet told me to change the transmission and fluid - good thing I did as it was clearly overdue - but the light came back on. The internet told me to replace transmission shift solenoids, so I replaced three of those. The light still came back on. Based on all the very good reviews I see here, I took my Trailblazer back to them. They pinpointed the issue as a blown fuse #47 and replaced that, and also noted that front wheel bearings were shot, so they replaced those as well. The vehicle is running great now and I do appreciate the detailed report they gave me, as we need to see whether that same fuse blows again. Fuse #47 controls the anti-theft system, the shift (key) lock and the transmission solenoids. We are hoping that one of the solenoids, which I had already replaced, was the cause of the blown fuse. The repairs were diagnosed and made quickly and the final bill was entirely reasonable and fair. Five stars!”
