“Oh my goodness. Hands down the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Stacy Lentz as your sales rep. Not only is she thorough and knowledgeable about Volvo and all the tech that comes with it, she’s fun and really personable. I didn’t feel like I was just being sold a car, i felt like Stacey wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible. The financing was easy as well. “My wife and I spent over a month looking for our new car after her accident. The first place we stopped was at Quality Subaru. Steve Canada was absolutely amazing from the very start. He was clearly more concerned with how she was than selling us a car. When I saw my car afterwards I was in complete shock. My vehicle was IMMACULATE. The area damaged by the accident was PERFECT, even better than before the accident! Not only that, but Victor also repaired ALL the scratches on the entire driver side of my vehicle and back bumper. Someone backed into my vehicle and dented the quarter panel and rear driver side door. Victor handled everything with the insurance company. He even got me in a rental car immediately which insurance covered, even after the insurance company told me that I was not entitled to a rental car because my car was driverable. He handled everything with the adjuster. All I had to do was drop my car off and he took care of everything else. Victor called me when my vehicle was ready to pick up and even scheduled a pick up time that they were closed just so it would be convenient for me. When I saw my car afterwards I was in complete shock. My vehicle was IMMACULATE. The area damaged by the accident was PERFECT, even better than before the accident! Not only that, but Victor also repaired ALL the scratches on the entire driver side of my vehicle and back bumper. The inside of my vehicle was vacuumed and spotless, cleaner then when I dropped my car off. All of which didn't cost me a penny. I highly recommend everyone and anyone bring their vehicle here. I will be taking my vehicle here from now on for everything.”

“I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a car, especially a used car, to consider Steve Canada at Quality Subaru. His help was indispensable as I chose a used sedan that would fit my budget and my needs. He never tried to oversell me, was always upfront about helping me to weigh my long-term spending, and most of all, is a car guy himself, and answers questions with comfort. Test driving with him was great because he was able to say what things to pay attention to and made sure the car was absolutely in the shape I was hoping it to be when driving it off the lot. I think the biggest reason, though, that I would recommend him is that he checked in after the fact to make sure everything was going good with the car, and he made sure his service team resolved a noise. I've never had a dealer go this far with providing service--usually once the car is off the lot, they wash their hands of you. But this wasn't the case with Steve at all. Finally, Steve has just been so personable and talks to you like you're a person he's actually interested in talking to, not just a customer. I'd be happy to work with him again on my next purchase and to recommend him to even my closest friends and family.”
