“I have had no bad nor negative experiences with this bank, I have only been inside several times and the staff always been helpful. Only complaint is that the bank seems rather small and not much room inside.”
“We have been doing business at this branch for over 19 years & we have never had one issue with this bank or it’s location. The staff are always friendly & helpful especially when my developmentally disabled sister in-law conducted her business at this branch.They have offered advice on many different instruments that they offer. Always with a smile! There were very few incidents that I can recall where the ATM was down? We have been with them when they were First Union. Then Wachovia & now Wells Fargo. It’s a pleasure doing business at Wells Fargo.”

I had several interactions with the staff at this bank, and every time, they were knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to help. I want to thank Mira Turk and Dulani Dona, who were incredibly patient and helpful during my last visit.”
“I had a problem with some money I deposited into the ATM. I was very frustrated with it because the amount it said that I deposited was incorrect. However, the store manager helped me get my money back even though after doing a dispute the bank said I only deposited $15 which was completely wrong. Anyways, out of frustration and worry I was rude to the assistant manager and the store manager still helped me. I don’t know the words to express my gratitude! Thank you for having empathy!! When you live paycheck to paycheck the amount might seem small but losing it really turns your life upside down.”
