“Was having a camera installed in my car and needed a ride for a few hours.. They opened at 9 am, reserved my car at 9, and was on the road. The 3 people I interacted with (I'm sorry, I forgot names) were so helpful, but more importantly, friendly. It makes a difference when people are nice and happy and welcoming. Easy to rent and easy to return. Prices are reasonable also.”
“I reserved an SUV (Toyota RAV4), but when I got there, all they had was a Toyota Camry. The whole reason we wanted an SUV was because we were going snowboarding 3 hours away in the Poconos and needed the room for all of our bags and gear. Luckily, the Camry is all-wheel drive, had a large trunk, and a back seat that opened to the trunk. The car worked out ok but an SUV would have been better. Everything else worked out great. Their rates are the best around, so it was hard to be too upset about the situation.”
