“I use AVIS for both business and leisure since 2008 and enjoy awesome treatment and perks of preferred status. I live in New Britain CT which compelled me to start renting at NE7 location on Berlin Turnpike in Newington, CT. I started that 5 years ago and was just getting more and more disappointed and dissatisfied with the service every time i’d rent. The previous operators honored NOTHING at all. Dirty vehicles full of alcoholic bottles, even marijuhana, nasty spills, late to no cars at all, rude staff. Real stain on AVIS’s reputation and service i am accustomed to. I am glad they are no longer running AVIS associated business. Enter new management, namely Ryan and his stuff. Oh boy whatta change for the absolute better. Whatta delight, and wonderful experience to have true AVIS service again. Thank you Ryan and your staff. You just made our Labor day weekend escape to Maryland ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC with that car upgrade.”
