“So glad I ignored the older reviews because Budget Newington was nothing but friendly and efficient when I picked up and returned a car there last week. Maybe like the other review mentions, the new ownership is the cause! I will definitely rent from them again. I've rented from Enterprise in town and they were swamped and had a long wait - that wasn't my experience with Budget!”
“This location was excellent!! And budget customer service was too. We had a flat tire and they helped us get back on the road and to a budget location where they swapped our car. When we returned here in Newington the gentleman couldn’t have been any nicer reconciling the two rentals. Thank you !! Highly recommend!!”
