My package has been here since May 23rd 2026, it's currently Jun 17th, they don't know where it is. Absolutely abhorrent service.

My package has been sitting in this black hole of a distribution center for over a month. No way to file a claim, no one to call. Will never use fedex ever again. Just switched over all my items to ship with UPS instead.

I made my order on the 5th. The package got to Middletown package has been sitting there for 3 days and it's going on 4 days. There's no snow there's no bad weather it's just sitting there. This is BS. Is the Year 2026. We're working our way to go to mars, but we can't get a package from an hour away
