Just awful. I was told one price, my bill was raised by 20 dollars. All I can say is that they don't stand behind their words. I would give them no star but there's no option for that so I will put it here. Less than star

terrible company Frontier is I am paying $1200 a year for lousy internet they just keep quietly ring it. When I checked their plans none of them were $99 per month all were significantly less it seems I am special. Time to get rid of this terrible company

Unable to get through to customer service even through numerous numbers and/or website.
This makes your service useless as there are things i m unable to do and can’t get through to what’s available for support. Very sorry I made this change from Comcast.
