“Spent 2 days getting my phone I paid for in full, went to the store to pick it up and verison had flagged it for fraud protection. Spent 3 hours on the phone resending the same confirmation info 4 separate times, and the person working with me was there the whol time until the store closed. I had to come back the next day and do the same thing again, 9am sharp jose went to bat for me with verisons fraud prevention, got the order to go through, helped me with my phone # transfer issue from my old servce and got me all set up and on the road. GIVE THESE PEOPLE RAISES AND BONUSES, THEY'VE EARNED IT!”

“My experience was ok. I was greeted when I walked in. After explaining why I was there, I felt to associates attention was not focused on me. Upon near completion of the transaction, he walked away to greet a couple that entered. Finally after 5 minutes of waiting, he must of realized and came back to finish the transaction”
