They scheduled an install on Saturday in a 4 hour window. Waiting for 6 hours, I had to call in order to be informed that the install had been pushed out over a week. No information on the useless app they told me to install. NEVER order Frontier. You've been warned.

Please, those that want to switch to Frontier don’t do it!! I’ve had issues since day one! Here it is March and I am still having issues! Communication is horrible and having to chat with someone and no live person to talk to is so annoying. Now they want to charge me $150 for a tech that came by and did nothing!! He told me to get on my app and click on something to help with the problem and it’s still booting me out while I watch my shows! It’s absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or your money. Save yourselves the headache. ?

We lost internet a week ago today. Frontier ran a check on the equipment and determined the ONT was causing the problem. They made an appointment to come out Feb 6. That means we go without internet for about 3 weeks. I've been on the phone with them everyday trying to get them out sooner & they keep saying they will get back to me. No responses. We have to have internet for various things we do not to mention the apps we are paying for that we can't use. I'm going back to Spectrum today.

Frontier is the worst internet provider. User beware. They advertise service they can't deliver. Outright misleading consumers. Ask to speak to a manager and you get a promise of a return call in 24-48 hours. Don't waste your time.

Had an appointment made and they sent us a confirmation number, waited and waited, we called to check installers time of arrival, WELL they told us they didn't make the appointment for the serve order, WELL then why do we have a confirmation date and time and order number?Told them to forget it and cancel, they want to come out another day now, NOPE, CANCELED. 1 star is to many for what they did.
