Ordered a "slightly damaged box" "everything looks new" Lyman Case Prep Xpress from Amazon at a reduced rate thinking what could possibly go wrong with a motor. The shipment arrived and was in perfect condition, however I was missing 5 items. A phone call to Lyman instantly solved my delemma without question. They shipped out my missing parts the same day. Thank you Lyman. A great company and superior customer service.

Lyman Products are great and I try to use all Lyman's products for reloading and some. But purchasing directly from Lyman's sucks, especially when they use USPS for shipping.

I had a stuck case that I was able to get out. But not before I broke the expander and bent the adjustment screw for the decaping pin. Lyman sent me out a new decaping assembly no problem. Great customer service.

The New Lyman is a disgrace to the Founders and Shooting/Hunting Enthusiast. Their prices have become ridiculous, quality is shot out, and shipping is absolutely stupid! Do they think that we're incompetent or haven't worked in this industry for 30+ years? Truly Sad what this Corporation has done to a once great name in Shooting Sports. Customer Service..... well, that's what you get dealing with professionals who want to help you, and not a Corporate mouthpiece that's only interest is getting deeper in Your wallet!!!ps, Shipping to Alaska is the same price, with the U.S.P.S. - That's a Sorry Excuse for overcharging the customer.

I dont often post reviews and rarely a negative one, but my experience w/ Lyman stands out negatively. I broke the drive screw on my 450 lube/sizer. Tried to navigate the Lyman website - it didnt function very well and when I finally got to the drive screw it said it was out of stock. Called customer service - that individual clarified the part was not out of stock. When I tried to order, he wanted me to go back to website; I had to twist his arm to take my order (ordered a number of addl items I couldnt find on website along with 2 drive screws). He sent order confirmation but w/out specifics of ship method/tracking. I contacted Lyman a week later requesting update, tracking # etc. Was disgusted to find it still had not actually shipped/left Lyman facilities. It did finally ship sometime early the 2nd week - after being accustomed to ebay/Amazon same day/next day shipping, this was pretty frustrating. After finally shipping, Conn - Springfield Mass, it ended up routing to Anchorage AK where it got “lost” for 4 days. Finally arrived late 8? Days priority mail to Tx. Not sure I can blame Lyman for the AK routing - shipping address was correct, but a fitting end to an unsatisfactory experience.I do have a lot of respect for Lyman as a brand, but my experience with customer service/shipping leaves much to improve compared to other options.

Needed a simple 9volt plug. No spare parts, so had to do an upgrade for $35. I'm sure the plug would have been less expensive. My trigger gauge still had the protective covering on the screen.
