“Typical Home Depot. Staff is helpful, mostly, until you can't find something. Then it seems like staff is just as hard to find as what you're looking for. I eventually found some of the things I was looking for, compromised on a project because I didn't want to spend, chose the cheap way out. Didn't see everything I wanted, but got what I needed, so I guess it all worked out.”
“I've always found this Home Depot to be clean, well stocked, and usually I'm easily able to find the item, or employees can help me. Easy to get project advice, and we've been going here for years. The bathroom is pretty much always clean (way better than most places) customer service has been quite easy. Not super happy about the returns without receipt policy, but I understand why, as so many people shoplift. Just remember to send receipt to email, or use card every time so returns can be found by card#.”
“Recently bought stackable washer/dryer, contractor installed and I guess pressed stacked strip which was not allowing me to open washer dispenser. After couple of visits and failed talks to associates, David Brand sales specialist helped to connect with right people. Today they fixed it. So thank you David for being so patient and prompt help.
