We purchased a printer here last week in February 2025. The associate, a female, who helped us was very knowledgeable about every printer and helped us decide which would be best for our needs. We purchased an HP Envy 7900e for printing documents and photos. The printer has been excellent! I would recommend this Staples if you're in the market for a printer.

This Staples has a horrible UPS store. The customer service is awful. I went to send a package through UPS at 12:38 lunchtime. I was the only person in line and the gentleman at the counter refused to help me. I needed to send a box and he told me that I could not do it there. It was only a drop off location when clearly it is a UPS store to send through UPS. The drop off is for Amazon. The gentleman refused to simply put tape on my box and told me I had to go to a real UPS location. This is hands-down, horrible customer service.
