“One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was choosing Pavilion at Crystal Lake for our reception! We truly can’t say enough good things about our experience.

We worked with several staff members who were simply lovely and easy to talk to. Mary and Eddie were right alongside us on our big day. They made sure everything ran so seamlessly. They made sure we ate and even sent us home with meals so we wouldn’t have to cook the next day! They also made the space look absolutely beautiful. We also worked a lot with Lexi and Shannon on the days leading up to the wedding. They were amazing and helped with so much of the logistics and timeline!

Our planning process was extremely organized and streamlined. Whenever we had a question we received an answer quickly. I never felt stressed or lagging behind. Every decision we made was supported and made easy by those we worked with!

It’s been a few weeks since our wedding and we are still receiving so many compliments about the food, atmosphere, decorations, etc. I would not change a thing about our day and that’s because of the wonderful staff at the Pavilion who made the day so, so special!

“I attended a friend's birthday party here. Wow! What a beautiful venue! The hall was large enough for 8 tables of 10 people with a roomy dance floor, a stage for the DJ and a bar. All of the food was excellent- the appetizers, the meal and the desserts were delicious and arranged beautifully! The ladies room was clean and had a long mirror so we could check ourselves out before returning back to the party.”

“Nothing but great things to say about booking Saint Clements Castle & Marina for our wedding! From start to finish our Wedding Coordinator (Shelby) was kind, responsive and helpful! On the day of our wedding, Sandra (Day-Of Wedding Coordinator) & Daniela (Wedding Attendant) took such amazing care of my husband and I. They were calm, attentive, diligent, and helpful - among so much more! They kept us on schedule, attended to any request, and even kept a drink in our hands all night long. “We held our church anniversary gathering there today. The main pavilion was spacious and clean. The basketball and pickle ball courts were set up and in great shape. The pool was clean, well staffed and safe. The open space was well manicured. The staff that greeted us were friendly and helpful. Great experience overall.”

“I think this is my new favorite East Coast course. Not that I've played them all, however after 10 years of USA golf course experience 100's of courses, this one in particular proved to have a Tour presence. I shot 92, but that was the most incredible 92 I've ever played.”

“I recently used this location for what was a reception of my sister and my new in-laws after a beautiful wedding ceremony this decent size location was utilized by my family and friends for just as beautiful celebration the location is conveniently in downtown New Britain Connecticut right off the highway before they're enough away so there's not a lot of traffic. I like that is located near a few restaurants and fast food locations so if you run out of food or someone doesn't like the food being served you can go grab you something else to eat is also quite a few adult beverage stores in the area so people can BYOB! They have a nice size kitchen where we were able to keep the food fresh and hot and also to serve the guests. I had a great time dancing all over the place and had a good amount of space to do so I was very tired for the couple days afterwards. As I was not responsible for the event I do not know the pricing or the quality of the customer service. I just know that the hall was clean and had a lot of space to hold a large crowd of people. I would utilize this space again for future events for sure.”
