“I come here whenever I need art supplies and they usually have what I need and at a decent price. The store is well-organized and it's easy to check if they have something online before I look in-store.
Checking out can be a bit slow at times and it would be faster if they had several self-checkout machines like Michaels.”
“Shopped at the Milford location and I can say that this location was very clean and organized. However, the older lady at the cashier was unpleasant.
First, I had asked if they accept Apple Pay. Before I could even finish she cut me off saying, “we don’t take Apple Pay here”. So I pulled out my card and proceeded with my purchase.
Secondly, I came in here spending $100+ and the lady didn’t even bag my items and didn’t wrap my glass items either. I had to ask her for wrapping paper… as soon as I paid, she just took the next customer as I had to bag my own (several) items. It made it feel like an awkward shopping experience for me.
I’d understand if I had only bought a couple of items. However, I bought several items (some fragile items as well).
Idk if this is how employees are trained here but for the price they charge for their items. You’d think you’d get better quality service.
I would suggest to better train your staff to make a comfortable shopping experience for people. Because this was not it for me… nice store tho!”
