“Subaru is like Volvo, do the factory recommend service...or have issues down the road. We've had our Forrester for 2 years now, they've been perfectly fine. Issue one was leaking oil from spark plug hole, fixed under warranty and no-charge loaner car. Second issue recently was finding a bad battery during oil change, replaced with new one. Under warranty. Sales guys and Finance guys, same as any other dealership, though better than Toyota, etc. These guys own Honda Westport, have owned Hondas for 20 (3 diff cars) years from them, never an issue when it came to service. Knew a friend that tapped into their lifetime warranty. 10 year old Outback needed new tranny, repaired no questions asked...”

“Dennis' Auto Parts' customer service is excellent. They are very helpful people. They saved our time and most importantly our suffering on the way to our 6 day holiday in Maine because of a/c transmission and noise problem in our Honda car. We were on the way to Maine for a trip but had to stop in Milford because of this terrible noise coming from the right front side of the car. It was like our car was going to collapsed. It was a Friday. We normally first went to Milford, Honda. They refused to help us because we don't have an appointment with them and they have their own customers to take care of although it is early morning. We talked to their manager and tried to explain how desperate we are. No way. We were helpless. They told us to come on Monday, which means 3 days of obligatory stay in Milford for the car repair. We got very disappointed with them. They even did not help us to find another car repair place. We started searching around and came across this auto parts store, Dennis' Auto Parts. We explained what happened to us. They were so willing to help us. They basically called 3 different Auto Repair Shop to help us. And finally directed us to Angelo's Auto Center, which is basically same street. We went to Angelo's Auto Center and explained our situation. They were also very helpful and wonderful people. They fixed our problem in a very short time. They charged us a very reasonable amount of money. They saved our holiday too. What a wonderful business people these two businesses are. Their customer service is excellent. If we lived in Milford, we would have been their permanent customers. If you are on the way near Milford, don't worry, go directly to them. They will help you. They are very honest people. "Shame on Honda" in Milford.”
