“Someone broke into my car with a huge rock and broke my window and damaged my door. J & M took great care of me. The gentleman at the front desk helped me to securely patch my window with sticky plastic until I was ready and got the job done for a reasonable price. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car to top it off. Overall very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend.
UPDATE I STILL LOVE THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK BUT PLEASE WATCH WHAT YOU LEAVE IN YOUR CAR THE WORKERS TOOK SNACKS I BROUGHT FOR MY STUDENTS OUT OF MY CAR. ALSO I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE AND MICE DROPPINGS

“Communication from the shop is superb! I haven't experienced anything like the process they use to keep customers informed. They sent me texts twice a week on specific days in addition to a phone call each week to keep me apprised of the repair status of my vehicle. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The work completed was excellent (repaired damage to bumper and lift gate). The speed and efficiency of the process was also excellent. Once my car was ready to pick up, I was able to return my rental vehicle at Caliber. The whole process took 11 minutes. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.”

“Even though I don't plan on being hit again or getting into any car accidents, well none of us really do... but if it happened I would take my car to Carl Massafra's Auto body. Someone hit my car, ripped my bumper, damaged my fender and headlight. I didn't know where to go for repairs, so I asked my amazing mechanic. They referred me to here. That's always a good sign when your business is the reference of people in your industry! Went in. Got an estimate. Straight forward, simple, they are not scammers, nor begging for your business. They are too busy to play around. A few days later I dropped my car off. They didn't take long. They are Caring and have Excellent communication. Picked my car up and it's back to perfection!!! Even though I don't plan on using Auto Body services too often, maybe I'll see what other services they do offer lol. They did my baby right!!! I recently had some front end damage and a dent on a rear quarter panel to my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the completed work is flawless. “I went here last week to purchase rear windshield wipers and have them install that and the front windshield wipers I’d bought at Walmart. They told me Walmart had sold me the incorrect ones and helped me choose the correct wipers for front and rear. They helped me repackage the ones to return and showed me why the would not have fit. They installed everything for me, while I waited in my car. Would highly recommend!”

“Dennis' Auto Parts' customer service is excellent. They are very helpful people. They saved our time and most importantly our suffering on the way to our 6 day holiday in Maine because of a/c transmission and noise problem in our Honda car. We were on the way to Maine for a trip but had to stop in Milford because of this terrible noise coming from the right front side of the car. It was like our car was going to collapsed. It was a Friday. We normally first went to Milford, Honda. They refused to help us because we don't have an appointment with them and they have their own customers to take care of although it is early morning. We talked to their manager and tried to explain how desperate we are. No way. We were helpless. They told us to come on Monday, which means 3 days of obligatory stay in Milford for the car repair. We got very disappointed with them. They even did not help us to find another car repair place. We started searching around and came across this auto parts store, Dennis' Auto Parts. We explained what happened to us. They were so willing to help us. They basically called 3 different Auto Repair Shop to help us. And finally directed us to Angelo's Auto Center, which is basically same street. We went to Angelo's Auto Center and explained our situation. They were also very helpful and wonderful people. They fixed our problem in a very short time. They charged us a very reasonable amount of money. They saved our holiday too. What a wonderful business people these two businesses are. Their customer service is excellent. If we lived in Milford, we would have been their permanent customers. If you are on the way near Milford, don't worry, go directly to them. They will help you. They are very honest people. "Shame on Honda" in Milford.”
“I spent 3 weeks unable to get help for my challenger radio from either my dealership or dodge direct. I took a chance and went to Milford Auto. I can not recommend them enough. Sam stayed after hours to get me my car back in time for Christmas. The radio he set me up with blows all my expectations out the water. Earned every cent and more for the work quality. “Oscar and Chuck are fantastic! I decided to treat my car to new windshield wipers. I'm tired of giving my money to Walmart and buying online products that are less than what they seem. I went in the shop a little wary since I am definitely not a car person; would they see that and not treat me with respect? That couldn't be farther from the truth! These are customer service pros - they saw someone who needed help, and provided it courteously and with great humor. Bonus points for Oscar installing the wipers for me and making sure that they worked properly before he returned to the store. I will a repeat customer until I stop driving!”
