“Great bank! The staff is very helpful and kind. My only suggestion is to update their hours currently at 1455 Boston Post Road as it says you're open till 5:30pm but in reality you're closed at 5 and only a few different branches are open till 5:30pm.”

They utilizetheir drive thrus quickly and as efficiently as they can, dealing with anything from easy transactions to what I would call very difficult and demanding transactions. Sorry they were bought out. Never want to hear about an old established institution going away, but I guess time moves on. Hope they don't do a major change in people. Yesterday, though, I needed a very specific, customized letter from the bank and went to the branch on Broad St. in Milford for assistance. Consumer Banker Amanda took care of my request right away and when I had to return to have it redone due to an error in the information I provided, she did it all over again - and she was so kind about it! A great bank with great customer service!”

“After calling 5 or 6 banks, this appears to be the only bank to have free coin exchange. This was exactly what I was looking for, and I wish my bank did the same. We are visiting family here, and my grandmother gave us a bucket of coins. We are traveling back to Texas, and it would impossible to bring it all back, and everywhere else either won't do it unless wrapped, or charges a fee.”
“This is strictly for customer service: Bridgeport downtown-5 stars New Haven- 5 stars Bridgeport East Main- 4 stars(was asked asked personal information which was not required) Milford's headquarters loan Dept -4.5 stars (a loan rep's great service compensated for the lack of the other) Milford Branch on Bic-0 stars. I've been to the location several times this summer. Ms Steer is just not warming, inviting (doesn't ask if she can help you whether you're waiting to be called to her window or at her window. Just stares. Asked me for extra personal information despite me presenting government issues identification, doesn't say thank you when transaction is complete) It the convenience this branch that makes me stop here, but her disposition is one to avoid.”

“I come to this bank often, it's weird to me that they'd ask me for three forms of ID to withdraw money from MY account. But hey, at least I feel secured that they're checking everyone that way. But the wait to be attended at the drive thru window took a while. Maybe next time it'll be a breeze. Chase, get on the ball. I don't like switching banks often.”
“I enjoy banking locally " wherre everybody knows your name". Each f the tellers and all of the managerial staff have been most helpful. Initially, I had difficulty with the online transfer feature due to some browser incompatabilities. Once I added an alternative browser the issues have resolved. I particularly like the ability to call the bank and speak with a" human" despite having facility and experience on-line.
