Webster Bank has been my bank for over 30 years... I've also used other banks in prior years that have never met up to the Webster Banks professional service and quality of financial offerings.... Currently the Broad St. office is where do my business. I rate the staff as five star (plus) in all aspects of my banking affairs...

Online customer service for Webster isn't very good. Things have changed quite a bit this last year.
