“Great bank! The staff is very helpful and kind. My only suggestion is to update their hours currently at 1455 Boston Post Road as it says you're open till 5:30pm but in reality you're closed at 5 and only a few different branches are open till 5:30pm.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at the Milford Bank branch today thanks to Melissa and Nila. An ATM glitch left me in a really stressful situation right before closing time, and Melissa immediately stepped in to help. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely empathetic, and she stayed on the phone as long as needed to get everything sorted out.

When the situation needed a manager, Nila stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve the issue on the spot, something that I was originally told might not be possible until Monday. The fact that both of them took the time, especially at the very end of the day on a Friday, meant the world to me.

Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly turned a stressful moment into a grateful one. I’m incredibly appreciative of their customer service and support!”

“Young guy working counter did acknowledge people standing around and thanked us twice for our patience but the young women banker just stood around didn’t say a word to anyone didn’t offer to help just talked to someone on the bank floor acting like the line did not exist….maybe the guy was her dad or something but not saying anything when your dressed the part on the bank floor made me and everyone else feel frustrated I’m sure…. 6 people waiting in line and she just stands with an orange shirt hanging out talking to an officer about her personal life and gossiping about other people… basically everything except work and bank stuff….”

“I just want to take a moment to shout out the bank teller at the credit union — she is truly a blessing to work with. Every visit, she greets me with kindness, patience, and real professionalism. She makes everything smooth and stress-free, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people.

It’s honestly a blessing to be able to go back to the Milford branch right by my house instead of having to drive all the way to Bridgeport because of how poor the service used to be. The difference now is night and day.

Her service is a huge improvement from the previous customer service experience I had. She goes above and beyond, and it shows. The credit union is lucky to have her, and I’m grateful every time I walk through those doors. Highly recommend seeing her if you want top-tier service!

“I come to this bank often, it's weird to me that they'd ask me for three forms of ID to withdraw money from MY account. But hey, at least I feel secured that they're checking everyone that way. But the wait to be attended at the drive thru window took a while. Maybe next time it'll be a breeze. Chase, get on the ball. I don't like switching banks often.”
