Understaffed? Declined the tire rotation. They suggest an appointment. It’s been more than a decade to buy tires here because of the convenience of the tire rotation during costco shopping. Never declined for a walk-in. Now I am going to change the tire shop for all of my cars.

supervisor. Orville is his name is not helpful. The minute I called he directed me to use a computer to see if the tire I needed was available. I told him I would like for him to look up what he had in stock and refused to and told me once I knew what to order to call back to place the order. Horrible horrible customer service mind you ive spent thousands of dollars at Costco. This guy needs. To fired. Did not like how he handled my situation.

Great tire center from Costco. You can book an appointment or if you ordered tires online, just come and leave your car there until they call you. They have pretty good prices and parking lot around is huge. But lately the parking lot is quite busy even during business days.

I’m very happy with going to Costco Tire to get 4x tires on my SUV. 1) Service: they actually are fully staffed and someone picks up the phone to answer questions and gave good tips. The previous other big box store I had gone to for 4 years was impossible to reach anyone or make appt. With Costco it was seamless. 2) Ease: Ordering a online was easy to buy, track my order enroute, and make my installation appointment. I knew it would take about 10 days for new tires to arrive and was simple to use scheduling site to pick a date and time. 3) Care: The staff was very friendly, and went above and beyond. They stayed late to finish my evening appt, and took the time to inspect my spare tire under my car. 4) Price: Applied Michelin discount automatically online, free installation, and to have lifetime rotation and balance, can’t beat it.Honestly, after years of going elsewhere it is great to finally be in good hands that’s easy to schedule and quality. I’ll be doing my tires w Costco from now on.

I got my tires this morning at the Brookfield Costco & I felt a little vibration/thud noise turning my wheel right. I walked in to the Milford tire center and was welcomed by Dominic’s fantastic customer service and he checked over my vehicle and tightened my lug nuts on my tires to make sure it was extra secure for me. Thank you so much for such great service!

My husband has made an appointment for tire change and we were waiting two weeks to receive these tires and he supposed to be at the shop two weeks after he place the order to have his tires change. Before he arrived to the store he made a call to the place to make sure that tires are in and the store employee confirmed that YES tires are in and that he can come over to do tire change. When my husband arrived at the place the employee told him that these tires that he ordered were not good for his vehicle and he offer him different tires and said that whatever he ordered is not available today! So my husband wasted his time to drive to the place and was lied that the tires are at the shop , I can’t understand why two weeks is not enough to order tires and then lie to the customers that they are in ready to be picked up! I don’t feel I would ever order tires from that place and would never recommend it to anyone! We were leaving for the weekend and we had to rent a car because we did not get our tires changed on time ! They could called 3 days before my appointment and let us know that tires are not ordered so we had time to go to different place! I was never treated with such a disrespectful in my life.

First time getting tires from Costco and so far it’s been disappointing. They lost one of my tire valve caps, had to take the car back for another round of wheel balancing and when I checked the car camera they actually didn’t do anything and simply left my car in the bay for over an hour and then called me saying it was done…I didn’t confront them because I’m sure that wouldn’t do any good to my car. I have to then take it else where to redo the wheel balancing. I shouldn’t have tried Costco but the saving was too good to pass up.

I recently ordered a Dell Laptop at Costco online because that model wasn't available in the store. Costco online charged me $15 to ship it to the Milford store. There was no option to ship it to my home. Of course, I had to go and pick it up. This is poor business and customer relations. I won't be ordering anything from Costco online in the future.

I always walk out of here with more than I planned to buy when I went in. Great assortment of products, competitive prices. But don't go in Saturday afternoon! Both parking lot and inside are packed. And then in top of that there's the Post Road traffic to get in!
