“Fred was great. Attentive sales staff without pressure. I alwats feel comfortable finding what i need for my family or my parents. Nice that there is a variety of things here in stock always. We keep coming back!”
“Jordan was great! He listened to the requirements of the rocker I was looking for and was not pushy. I went to 4 other stores to make sure Lazyboy had the best fit. Other places simply did not listen and tried to sell me what they had. Lazyboy came through again! I bought a sectional a few years ago and was very happy with service AND the product. I still love my sectional couch and am just as happy either this purchase. Thanks, Jordan!”
“An interior designer friend recommended I use Gabby, Denise, and Ximena for a custom upholstered bed and it is absolutely beautiful. I showed them the inspiration, and they were able to customize everything down to the shape and wood tone of the legs. It was made and delivered in 2 weeks! The girls were incredibly easy to work with and had thoughtful recommendations along the way. I look forward to using them for future projects.”
“Janine was wonderful to work with. She has an amazing sense of design and is a very talented designer. I would highly recommend her to work with!
My Ethan Allen design experience was very positive and she helped me transform my new construction into a warm, welcoming, inviting home!!!!”

“I’m going out of my way to submit feedback for my visit on Friday, February 20, because I had an exceptional experience at your store. My cashier, Allysa, and the gentleman who was the manager on duty (I apologize for not remembering his name) were both incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. I truly believe they deserve recognition—and please make sure they get a raise—because people like them can make or break a shopping experience, and they are genuine gems.
Allysa was an absolute standout. Most cashiers I encounter aren’t particularly warm or engaging, but she was everything a cashier could be: friendly, smiley, respectful, and attentive. She went out of her way to offer thoughtful advice when I was torn between decor items for my bedroom, and her suggestions were spot-on. I even returned to the store to purchase additional items based on her recommendations because she perfectly understood my vision and helped me bring it together. Her level of care, attention, and product knowledge far exceeds what I’ve come to expect.
While I was shopping, I accidentally hit a piece with my back and broke the base. I felt completely humiliated, but the manager immediately reassured me that it was no problem and helped me resolve it with ease. Their patience, kindness, and professionalism made what could have been an awkward situation completely stress-free.
As someone who works in the entertainment industry as a producer in television and film, a very cutthroat field, I can say without hesitation that I would very easily pluck Allysa or this manager out and hire them myself. They have talent, charisma, and professionalism that’s rare to find. Stores are defined by their people, and I sincerely hope their efforts are noticed, rewarded, and compensated accordingly. Thank you for having such outstanding staff on your team!”
“Absolutely love this store! Great selection and wonderful customer service and fabulous management. The store is very neat and organized. Would give 10 stars if I could.”

And the first mattress, he pointed out based on my requirements. Turned out to be perfect. In fact, I'm buying it today. And i'm pretty sure i'm going to be very happy with this period it's a casper snow mattress, and i'm gonna get it delivered in a couple of days.”
