It became my wedding ring, and she walked us through everything we needed to do to transfer the information from my mother-in-law's account to my husband's account. Miya explained everything so clearly, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy.
Unfortunately, she transferred to the Milford location. My ring broke, so I went back to the Trumbull store to have it serviced. They couldn't find any of our information, and it turned into a frustrating experience. Once we found out Miya was now at the Milford store, we went there instead.
The minute she saw us, she remembered our story. She knew exactly what had happened with the account transfer and immediately stepped in to help. She got everything straightened out, updated our information, and made sure my ring was taken care of. Once again, she went above and beyond.
