“Always warm and professional service when you visit, Cellini’s! They’ve been our family jeweler for a long time. Recently I went in to get a diamond in my vintage engagement ring looked at because I thought it got knocked out of its setting. They knew exactly how to fix it, did a fantastic job and cleaned and polished my ring all in less than a week for a great price. I don’t even think my ring looked this good when we got married 5 year ago. It looks stunning and I’m so happy with the quality of their work! I can’t wait to wear and show it off again!”

She made it very easy to communicate while I was inquiring about whether they had a certain Pandora ring in stock. Unfortunately, they did not have it, but Karen went above and beyond by searching other nearby stores I was willing to travel to that might have it available.
She found two stores for me and even took the extra step of calling one of them to place the item on hold while I was on my way. “Had a great experience last week with a quick scratch removal of a recently acquired Rolex . I met Kenny as I walked in and explained I just put a small scratch in my Submariner and to my surprise he has the watch man do it on the spot while I waited and no charge . Kenny and I talked about a future purchase and I will definitely be going to see him ! The store is very nice and I was offered a beverage while we talked about watches ! They also offer breitling &Cartier watches . The Rolex service is to notch in my opinion and will bring friends and family to them in the future”

“My wife Anne broke a bone in her hand a few days ago and as a result, her ring finger started to swell this weekend. She hasn't been able to take her wedding bands off for years, which was no big deal until now.Today (Sunday), we called several jewelers in our area to inquire if the could cut the bands off however no one could accommodate us. I called Michaels in the Trumbull mall and the person I spoke with was very attentive and said Paul, the manager would call me to confirm he could do it when he was scheduled to arrived about 12:30.Well Paul called and confirmed he could do it .We arrived about 1:30 today and the rings were off about 20 minutes later.It was a big relief.He could not have been more gracious and accommodating!Michaels and Paul- a sincere THANK YOU!”
