“Amarley saved the day! I came in during a torrential rainstorm and had a very heavy bike rack to return to Amazon. I had spent an hour trying to figure out how to get all of the parts back into the original box and in spite of having taken them out of it I was becoming convinced it was not possible. Amarley not only helped me carry it in, he also spent over 20 min figuring out how to get it back into the box!

“In July, I shipped a package from this UPS store. One of the workers made a mistake and put the wrong label on my package. The package was sent somewhere in California instead of New Jersey, where it was supposed to go. I was very angry at this point, and I did leave a negative review which I have since retracted. The owner Don And his manager worked diligently to find my package and it was indeed delivered to the right address after it was located. I can’t be more happy with the outcome. I understand that people are human and mistakes happen. I definitely intend to return to this UPS store for my shipping needs.”
“I had the best experience at the UPS New Haven store. Needed to get a large package to co-worker who is facing a challenging illness. Gil was extremely helpful in assisting with the packaging and suiting me it would arrive safely and in good order. I return a week later with another package and once again Gil was there to assist and ensure my package arrive in tact. Gil was a very helpful and is a true asset to the UPS organization.”
