“This place is the absolute BEST! I will go out of my way to give my business to them because of how great the customer service is there. More specifically, Christian is kind, helpful, accommodating, and gives over-the-top customer service every time I visit. More times than I can count, he has come out to my car and has known what I want before I even do! I could not say enough kind words about the people who work at Lakeside and I genuinely appreciate how considerate and helpful they are!”

“A few weeks ago I stopped in and talked to the owner/manager about a few different bottles of wine and walked out with an incredible selection of suggested bottles - all within our exact taste profile and preferred style of wine. One of the bottles we recently opened was one of the BEST we’ve had in a very long time. We appreciate the incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. “I usually don’t post reviews and I love the Kindred store in Monroe and I also shop at the one in Fairfield because my company is over that way, but I got turned off by the older wine lady who I see at the Fairfield store at the YMCA event that was held at the Monroe location a week ago. She seemed to be having a little too much to drink and was not helping the customers. When my mother asked for help she kind of just shrugged her off and quickly helped and went back to drinking. She was going around and drinking at the tables. I was there with my elderly parents who bought the tickets and they also thought that was a little disrespectful to the company especially at a charity event. I have also been to events at the Fairfield store and it seems to be the same there as well. Like I said it is the not the store, I love all the employees there and the selection is fantastic, but that was a big turn off and very unprofessional. I will continue to shop at the Monroe store, but maybe have different people run the events.”
