United Rentals
552 Housatonic Ave, Bridgeport CT 06604
“We recently had our spider lift inspected through United Rentals in Bridgeport and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Heather, the service manager, handled all of our scheduling — she was incredibly pleasant, organized, and a great communicator throughout the entire process. The technicians, Randi and Chris, were both professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, and made everything easy for us. It’s not always easy to find reliable service like this, but this team truly delivered. We appreciate the professionalism and would absolutely recommend them!”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
583 Howe Ave, Shelton CT 06484
“The store was great, the clerk was helpful and friendly, the truck was in good enough conditionfor a U-Haul. I have no complaints about my experiencewith this location. If someone from the store sees this, please pass this next part onto uhaul. The return process on the website is awful! Every time a submitted a picture it would tell me that another picture it was previously fine with was an issue. I must have taken 20 pictures of that truck. It needs to be fixed. Worst web app experience I've probably ever had.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage at Boston Ave
636-650 Boston Ave, Bridgeport CT 06610
“This location has nothing but great people working there. I’ve rented multiple times from them and no matter who you end up being helped by you get nothing but courtesy and friendliness. After almost 20 years in the auto business they treat customers as if they are selling them a car rather then renting them a U-Haul with no commission and no real incentive to be as good as they are and that’s how I feel it’s always genuine too.Thank you guys. You have been great to us and we appreciate everything.”

She was so nice to make sure we knew all the details of the contract and to make sure we don’t get overcharged. Plus the dog was adorable.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Budget Truck Rental
15 Old Gate Ln Unit 2, Milford CT 06460
“This company seems to really be going down hill...but Laura Paige, the office manager at this location turned my nightmare into a good impression. I initially had made a reservation 2 months in advance to her picked up in Bridgeport. On the morning of my res. I showed up and they said "we don't have your truck". Long story short....I had made new arrangements to pick up the following morning and was dreading the results. Laura was beyond friendly, restored my confidence and even made sure I received the better truck in the lot. She is a sweetheart and I highly recommend making the trek to Milford even if seemingly inconvenient.”
