Every time a submitted a picture it would tell me that another picture it was previously fine with was an issue. I must have taken 20 pictures of that truck. It needs to be fixed. Worst web app experience I've probably ever had.”

She was so nice to make sure we knew all the details of the contract and to make sure we don’t get overcharged. Plus the dog was adorable.”
“This is a self serve location, with that in mind, you won't see any smiling faces, just clean, well maintained trucks (no trailers) and as long as you have a smart phone with the u-hail app installed, you will have a great, quick, self directed experience.”
“This company seems to really be going down hill...but Laura Paige, the office manager at this location turned my nightmare into a good impression. I initially had made a reservation 2 months in advance to her picked up in Bridgeport. On the morning of my res. I showed up and they said "we don't have your truck". Long story short....I had made new arrangements to pick up the following morning and was dreading the results. Laura was beyond friendly, restored my confidence and even made sure I received the better truck in the lot. She is a sweetheart and I highly recommend making the trek to Milford even if seemingly inconvenient.”
