The Coach store is known for its friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic team. Staff members are knowledgeable and go out of their way to provide excellent service, whether helping with a scavenger hunt, finding a specific item, or ordering out-of-stock products for shipment. They are happy to assist with damaged items and ensure customers leave happier than when they arrived. The items in the store are beautiful. The overall experience is fantastic and highly recommended.

We had such a great experience today. Chris went above and beyond to assist us. I can’t say enough good things. She was patient, gave us waters, and even took a little family photo shoot of us while we waited. I have never had such a valued customer experience like that before! I will be a repeat customer!
