“This was a pretty cool store to run into when we were walking around downtown mystic last weekend. They have some cool unique items geared towards the gents. Definitely not the typical stuff you would see anywhere else. Ended up walking out with a t-shirt. If you like the “out of the ordinary”shopping experiences, this may be the spot to pick up that gift for your dad, brother, or whoever. Whatever your taste, this for sure is worth a peek if you’re in Mystic.”

She gave me the information to call her in Mystic Ct. when she arrived on May 20th since the item I was looking for was going to be at that location.As promised, she remembered and the shirt for my husband was in the Ct store. I had a very positive response and easy order placing to receive this item. Her demeanor was very caring, efficient and expeditious. “I really like Bob's Stores. This one has the same owner as the Eastern Mountain Sports next door to it. There is a lot of parking. Bob's has some really great clothes and sports stuff. They also have shoes. Service is good. You can find a door between the two stores. They have a cool membership that's free. You get rewards. Rig he now, it's $10 back for every $50 you spend.”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience at the COACH store at Mohegan Sun, all thanks to Angelica.
A few days before visiting the store, I called to ask about a specific bag because I wanted to make sure it was available. Angelica answered the phone, and from the very beginning she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She put me on hold to check the inventory and came back with such a warm and polite attitude. I have honestly never had such a great customer service experience over a phone call before — it was impressive. The way she handled everything made me want to go to that location specifically to purchase my bag.
When I went to the store a couple of days later, Angelica was there. I told her I was the person who had called about the bag, and she immediately remembered it. That attention to detail truly stood out to me. Before finalizing the purchase, she offered me water and took the time to show me the new arrivals as well. I was so impressed by the level of service.
My experience with Angelica was absolutely professional, welcoming, and memorable. She represents the brand beautifully. I will definitely be coming back 100%.
