“This review has been a couple months coming, but finally getting to it! Purchasing my used Porsche from them was one of the better experiences I have ever had in doing a car purchase. I was moving from Los Angeles, CA back to NY and knew I needed a car. I was very specific down to the color, year and model made that I wanted and it took some time to locate that specific Porsche, but I found her! From the moment of my inquiry online, to then emails and phone calls, I was already in the process and getting my pre-approvals done. I had my flight set to come out for a few days in NY to manage a few things before my actual move and fling back to LA before the real physical move, and these guys were so accommodating, generous with their time, generous & understanding with my timing in fact which was super helpful as this move was very stressful on top of purchasing a car at the same time! They handled pretty much everything but me going to DMV and switching my drivers license! Filing the paperwork for the car, registration, license plates, full report and history of the car, their mechanics on-site did a thorough job getting the car inspected and ready for me and when I came to pick it up, EVERYTHING was DONE! It had to be the easiest transaction done during my move. Seriously. Jake, my sales rep was a very considerate, thorough, responded to all my questions, went further to find more info than necessary and still does two months after my purchase. The finance guys were also great to work with and reasonable. As a female, I didn't feel like I was being snowed over with anything. They were transparent and more than willing to work with me to get the numbers to where I needed them to be. The receptionist Darlene is amazingly sweet and thorough as well, a lot of follow up from her. You can tell that this is a family run business and that everyone enjoys what they do working there, together. Eleven Stars for these guys! I would buy from them again and I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new or used car.”
“I want to thank Rich, Sr & Jr, and Crew for putting my car back together after a pretty serious rear-end collision, they were concerned about the safety of the car and sent it to the dealer to have the ABS system calibrated and Rich senior drove it to Mystic and back to make sure it was all right. I drove it back to NY and I feel it drives better than before and it looks great, you can't even tell it was in an accident,
and it needed A LOT of work, hood, front bumper, lights, A/C, radiator, ABS etc. Thanks again all for getting my Blue Charger back on the road and as good as new, I really appreciate all you've done to make this bad situation as easy as possible. “It has car parts. I couldn't find the book with oil filter information, had to use the Internet. It used to be easy to find. But the appropriate filter was there along with my preferred synthetic. I also have been using this place for the past 25 years and it hasn't moved. So it's got that going for it. Which is nice.”
“HIGHLY recommend. My car was backed into by a plow and needed a tail light replaced as well as some body work. T&M also had the pleasure of dealing with my apartment complexes management office since they were at fault.. LOL. Through it all, all the back and forth and telephone tag T&M were beyond patient and caring. I can tell they were really looking out for me over my apartment complex. The work done by Jason and Mike was stellar. Fern and Mike's partner are fabulous. This shop has a very much local mom and pop feel and you feel put at ease that the work will be done right. No BS, no upcharge... Just honest work. I would recommend to anyone that needs body work.”

I called and had to leave a message, but he got back to me pretty quickly, and had my car all taken care of in just a couple of hours. I believe the tow rate is a state mandated amount, but he's been very reasonable for other services.”
“I was in need of new tires and Pep Boys was running a pretty good deal that I wanted to take advantage of. I called and spoke with Roger, who was so friendly and helpful on the phone! Prior to making my appointment, he made sure that the tires that I would need would be in the shop. Once he confirmed it, he helped set me up an account and scheduled my appointment. I got my new tires on today and shortly after I left, the pressure light came on. I called the shop and Roger told me to come back. The technician came outside, made sure everything was good and was able to get the light turned off. I had an excellent experience with Roger and the staff. Highly recommend!”
