Hilton Mystic is a beautiful hotel in a great location. It is right across from Starbucks, cute village shops, and restaurants. The Mystic Aquarium and Old Mystic Village are within walking distance, with many other places to explore a short drive away. The hotel features a nice lobby with a fireplace and a cute fire pit courtyard in the center of the lounge area. The rooms are described as fantastic, very clean, and comfortable with comfy beds and pillows. They are well-equipped, though some guests found them very basic. A notable complaint was the absence of actual soap in the room. The hotel has a restaurant on site that is good, offering a breakfast buffet and amazing food. There is also an extensive bar, though drinks can be a little pricey. The pool is available but was reported as far too cold by one guest, while another mentioned a very nice heated pool. There is no hot tub. Experiences with staff at the front desk varied, with some encounters being negative and others with staff described as warm, genuine, and professional. Overall, it is a hotel many would gladly return to or highly recommend for an overnight stay.
This Hotel is very assiseble to almost everything especially the mystic aquarium is one minute walking. is just Great place.

Hotel was clean and safe. Indoor pool was slightly heated. Free parking that is close walking distance to the Mystic Aquarium and Old Mystic Village.

Fantastic stay. Kids loved the pool and the evening movie. Comfy rooms. Staff was INCREDIBLE! Had a mixup with our room but staff was very receptive and accommodating.
