Overall the room was great. The ceiling in the shower was crumbling and clearly a recent leak.Rooms: Room was overall nice and a microwave and coffee machine. The usb outlets did not work and charge devices. Luckily I had my battery backup.Nearby activities: Mystic. A lot of cool things to see.

Fantastic hotel- everything is always being updated, even new carpet! Definitely check out the fitness facility. Recently upgraded with new equipment. It is rare that even the small details are being taken care of.Rooms: Nice amenities with comfortable bedding. Also nice work space when I travel on business.

Here for a work trip, but felt like I was here for pleasure. This Hilton hotel is that it makes it feel like you’re at a boutique hotel(thank you, KathyH?) The staff are Perky knowledgeable, and friendly. The decor is charming. I had the scallops and the chowder at the iron Works and it was delicious. For a chilly mid March visit, I left w the anticipation of a visit when it’s warmer ??

I love this place, me and my mom came here just us and there were very nice people, BIG pool, lots to do, and lots more! Big shout out to John the maintenance worker. We came back from working out and wanted to see the pool, it was closing but John let us stay and sit AND put on a great Og trolls movie. He didn’t have to do that but that’s just saying how much they care and will respect you. Definitely should stay here. It’s also right across from Mystic aquarium and love the little shops/ area. Best money spent yet! THANKS JOHN❤️ ??Safety: So safe but maybe not aloud to bring alcohol that kinda ticked me of. But everything else is safe there are excellent little rules, free ice, and so much safe / fun stuff

Would definitely stay here again! CC at the Front Desk was most hospitable from the moment we arrived and through check out. Christina was also helpful during our stay. The lobby is warm and cozy with fireplace and maritime theme. We had a great dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Both Randi and Jen were accommodating to us and the children. We did wish the pool was warmer but that is a personal preference. As others have said, perfect location to the Aquarium, shops, and nature center.Noteworthy details: Also a lovely outdoor seating area with two gas fireplace areas.

Perfect Mystic location! Across the street from the aquarium and Shoppers Village (restaurants, shops, etc) many restaurants nearby. A few miles from the Seaport, Mystic Pizza and 'downtown'.The Hilton Mystic is SO kids friendly! Afternoon snacks for the kids in the lobby, daily activities, indoor pool, (restaurant with happy hour with 'To Go' options...just saying ? ) evening movies in the pool area...just an awesome hotel!!!!!

Only positive is location to shops and aquarium. The staff was nice too. The room was ok but the bathroom was tiny and smelled like cigarettes even after they supposedly “sprayed” it after I said something. The pool and pool area is absolutely disgusting with hair, bandaids and whatever else you can think of in and around the pool. The pool water was cloudy and dirty like it never has been cleaned. Will never stay here again

Whoever decided to hire CC Corbett at the front desk and Rachel at the bar? Pat yourself on the back. Have never been happier about a last minute New England experience. Trips always start with the check-in then are guided through the bar. Hilton better recognize when they have 1-2 punch

Hi Christine. This is Cynthia. I was in room 347. When we checked out, a housekeeper named Edda Lopez came to clean the room. As my grandson was waiting in the lobby while I was getting my car, he said a woman came down from the stairway walking in a hurry! hoping she would find us and there she did. My grandson was waiting for me. She came to him and handed him my belt bag, which had a lot of money inside. Edna Lopez is a trustworthy employee. Hilton management should be honored to have her as an employee. I truly believe she should be recognized.Secondly, the day before, as we were going out for the day, the same employee was cleaning another room and stopped us to ask if we needed any essentials again aa conscientious and hardworking employee.SincerelyCynthiaWalkability: Walk across the street from hotel to mystic aquarium & mystic villageFood & drinks: Great restaurants within walking distanceNoteworthy details: Very kid friendly activities pool movie night while swimming in the pool

My coworkers and I came here for a work retreat. Keith Lindelow was a huge help in securing a last minute conference room. The restaurant has great food and drinks. Our server, Missette, was friendly, kind and very helpful. Additionally, the rooms were very clean and they were able to accommodate two conjoining rooms.
