“Is there a 6 or 7 Star rating?? I drive out of my way to only use MYSTIC MAILBOX for my UPS shipments! I sell on eBay, Mercari & Etsy and this is the only ship center I trust! The drop offs are safe & secure and it’s easy to find right off I95 in Mystic, CT (near the Aquarium, look for the TOP 100 UPS SHIP CENTERS IN THE COUNTRY banner) Most of my shipping labels are prepaid but when I do have to purchase a UPS shipping label it is hassle-free and I’m in and out! Thank you for the great service!”

“I traveled to Rhode Island for a Healthcare Agency I work for and I lived in Connecticut. I read the reviews on this location so I went there and got a post office box to get my mail forwarded from New Orleans. There I met Chris!! he is the reason for these 5 stars if I could I would give him 10 stars because he is excellent!! Very kind, friendly and sincerely cares about you receiving your mail. Chris explained everything to me and also taught me some things I didn't know about how the post office and mail issues are handled. Chris really made me feel like a valued customer and friend so many miles away from home. Thank you so much Chris for everything and when I am traveling back to Connecticut I won't hesitate to come and see you. Shouts out!! From New Orleans!!! "GEAUX CHRIS"!!! You rock!!!”
“It’s our favorite post office. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. There is a convenient parking lot with a drive up mailbox is you’re in a hurry. However keep an eye the time - the hours are limited.”

“John, the head clerk (I think) at the Mystic Post Office was SO helpful to me the first time I had to do a bulk mailing for work. I had no idea what I was doing and he patiently explained the whole process to me, then helped more when I came back with the mail bins and even helped me carry them out of my car. Excellent customer service! Someone give this guy a raise. Thanks, John!”
